That paragraph is so evocative — suddenly that beautiful sunrise is filled with foreboding. Also, now I want more of this story, damn you! 🙂

I’ve noticed that with other people’s flash fiction, it’s never a full story, just a teaser scene that makes you want more. I’ll think about it, or you could write it 😉

Yeah, I’m pretty lucky, although there are a lot of tops of buildings too that got cropped out. Still, it’s a nice view.
