I don’t know if you (still) watch the Simpsons or have ever watched it, but it is my favourite TV show and I still watch it every week. In the most recent episode, all the nuclear plant employees get Google Glasses for Christmas (called Oogle Goggles in the show), which Mr. Burns uses to spy on them. One scene shows a whole screen of them, with names under each one and wouldn’t you know it, right next to H. Simpson was me, D. Stewart.

My friend Mike thinks I should write an Angry Birds fan-fic now and maybe he’s right. Hmm… It’s definitely weird enough for me.

I would love to be on the Simpsons. It looks like the show will before I become famous enough to get to go on it. J.K. Rowling was on it once, along with a bunch of other famous authors.

Missed this when you first posted it, but better late than never…
I love the Simpsons, although I haven’t been keeping up on it for years. How funny that your name-twin appeared on it! Yes, this clearly means you should adopt a yellow-skinned, three-fingered, two-dimensional persona. It’s a sign from the TV, and the TV never lies. Personally, I couldn’t become a Simpsons character. I’m not sufficiently hip to the latest popular culture references anymore. 😉

I actually haven’t seen this season’s episodes, but I’ve been a huge fan since the show began. My wife and I talk in Simpsons quotes a lot.
