This just goes to show you never know what you’ll get from the Green-Walled Tower.
If I had a penny for every woman I have asked to marry me,
If I had a nickel for every one that I have traveled the world with,
If I had a dime for every woman I have seen and thought that I could spend the rest of my life with,
Then I’d have sixteen cents and I would probably lose that in the crack of the couch.
But if I had a dollar for every time I told you “I love you,”
I would seriously wonder who was paying me that money,
And I would feel a little bad for them,
Because I would be a billionaire.

And love, of course, is priceless. Very sweet and touching, David.

So sweet, and tender. All gushy and mushy, it makes wish to be a teenager again and hear such stuff again when I and my husband were dating, but now we’re retired and counting every penny and dollar saved. 🙂

I have my moments. I don’t usually write that kind of stuff, but I like variety. Now, if only I did have that money… 🙂

I hope so too. I can’t remember if she mentioned it. I’ll have to go ask her. 🙂

you should print it out, laminate it and gift it to Leah on wedding anniversary.
